Congress party may reveal a surprising name from Haridwar Lok Sabha seat. If reliable sources are to be believed, the name of independent MLA from Khanpur Umesh Kumar is at the top in the Congress list.

BJP has announced candidates on three out of five seats in Uttarakhand, in which candidates are awaited on Haridwar and Pauri seats, along with this, Congress is still churning on all five seats.
