Student of Himgiri Sports PG College Rohit Giri won bronze medal in inter university running competition
Suraj Rohilla/Roorkee । Jaspal Rana Institute of Education and Technology, Dehradun organised inter college athletics competition at Maharana Pratap Sports College Dehradun in which Rohit Giri, a second year student of Himgiri Sports PG College Roorkee, gave a brilliant performance and secured third position in 100 meter race competition. On winning bronze medal, Principal of Himgiri Sports PG College Roorkee Vikrant Kaushik congratulated Rohit and wished him a bright future. On this achievement, Rohit’s father Chandrapal Giri said that we are proud of our son Rohit who is continuously bringing laurels to the village, college and state which is a matter of pride not only for us but for the entire state. Rohit said that I am not satisfied with this medal, next time I will double my efforts and will change the colour of the medal from bronze to gold.
